Overview: As a Counter Salesman specializing in automobile spare parts, you will be at the forefront of our customer service operations, serving as the primary point of contact for our walk‑in customers. Your main role will involve assisting customers in finding the right spare parts needed for their vehicles, providing them with expert advice and comprehensive solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
You will handle inquiries, process transactions, and demonstrate a thorough knowledge of an extensive range of automotive parts and accessories. Your role will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction, driving sales growth, and maintaining the operational efficiency of our parts department. - Identify customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations for automobile spare parts.
- Develop and maintain close relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the automobile industry.
