9:00am – 6:00pm (with flexibility to respond to out-of-hours enquiries)

We are partnering with a high-end aesthetic and medical clinic that delivers a personalised, results-driven client journey in a refined, design-led setting.

This is a pivotal, client-facing role for someone who understands that in the world of luxury wellness and aesthetics, every interaction is part of the brand experience.

You will be the first point of contact for discerning clients - managing enquiries, nurturing relationships, guiding them through their treatment journey and confidently converting interest into confirmed bookings. This position combines five-star service standards with a strong sales and conversion focus, and offers commission linked to performance.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the face and voice of the clinic, delivering a warm, polished and highly professional experience at every touchpoint
  • Handle all incoming enquiries via phone, Whats App, email and digital platforms
  • Proactively follow up on leads and convert them into consultations and confirmed treatments
  • Manage the full client journey from initial enquiry through to post-treatment aftercare
  • Optimise the appointment diary to maximise booking value, retention and rebooking
  • Maintain absolute accuracy across CRM and booking systems
  • Communicate treatments, practitioners and the clinic’s philosophy with confidence and credibility
  • Work closely with the clinical and front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless, elevated experience
  • Support client engagement initiatives and contribute to the overall growth of the clinic
Requirements
  • Experience in a luxury clinic, aesthetic, wellness, beauty or high-end hospitality environment
  • A commercial mindset – confident in closing, target-driven and motivated by commission
  • Immaculate spoken and written communication skills
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and disciplined follow-up
  • Naturally polished, professional and client-centric in presentation and approach
  • A genuine passion for aesthetics, skincare, wellness and the luxury client experience
  • Strong experience using CRM / booking systems
  • Flexible and responsive to client enquiries outside standard hours when required
