About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented
Sales Manager
with a deep understanding of the UAE building materials market. You will lead our sales team to secure high-value contracts with major contractors, developers, and consultants across the Emirates.

• Drive Revenue:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets for [Specify Product:
  Steel, Ceramics, MEP, etc.].
• Business Development:Identify and secure new business opportunities by targeting major construction projects and EPC/MEP segments.
• Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, consultants, and procurement managers.
• Team Leadership:Manage and mentor a sales team, setting clear KPIs and monitoring performance through CRM data.
• Market Intelligence:Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide accurate sales forecasts and pricing strategies.

• Experience:Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in the building materials industry
  within the UAE

• Proven Track Record:Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage large project specifications.

  Strong knowledge of building materials like wood , Plywood , MDF and Melamine Baords
• Mandatory:A valid
  UAE Driving License
