About the job | Sales & Services Executive Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with strong B2B sales experience to drive new client acquisition and promote our HR staffing and cloud-based ATS solutions across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and target potential clients through cold outreach, Linked In, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule and conduct meetings to present HR solutions and service offerings.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads using Linked In and sales engagement tools.
- Maintain updated sales pipelines, reports, and MIS data.
- Build and manage long‑term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Analyze sales performance and refine strategies to meet monthly targets.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in Banking, IT, Telecom, FMCG, or HR Services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Hands‑on experience in Linked In lead generation and digital prospecting.
- Knowledge of CRM/sales engagement tools is an advantage.
- UAE market experience preferred.
