This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for a Sales Executive. The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The role involves preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining a thorough understanding of market trends and the company's product portfolio. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maintaining detailed records of sales and performance metrics are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications- Proficiency in sales, business development, and relationship management to build strong client relationships and achieve revenue goals.
- Understanding of market trends, industry knowledge, and technical expertise in composites and chemical products.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 10 years experience in the composites (GRP / GRC), chemicals and coatings in the Middle East industry will be considered a strong advantage.
