Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Dubai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales deals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, presenting products or services, providing training on offerings, and working closely with the sales team to achieve targets. The role also involves identifying new market opportunities and contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed sales targets and lead the sales process.
- Experience in Training to effectively educate clients or team members on products, services, or sales strategies.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales-related tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry, is highly desirable.
