We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Relationship Manager to drive property sales, manage broker relationships, and build strong connections with investors and end-users. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into buyers, and maintaining long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, especially off-plan property sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell off-plan and ready property units.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project briefings.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure high conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokerage firms and agents.
  • Attend broker meetings, activations, and events.
  • Ensure continuous engagement with top-performing brokers.
Client Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with investors and end-users.
  • Provide market insights and investment advice to clients.
  • Ensure smooth transaction processes from booking to handover.
  • Handle client queries and post-sales follow-ups professionally.
Reporting & CRM
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM.
  • Provide regular sales updates and pipeline reports.
  • Track leads, conversions, and follow-ups systematically.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 3–8 years of experience in UAE real estate sales (property developer experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of off-plan sales process.
  • Existing broker and investor network is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
