Product Sales Specialist – Technology; Endpoint/Cybersecurity
About the Role
A leading global enterprise software organization is seeking a Product Sales Specialist to drive cybersecurity software sales across the UAE and wider GCC region.
This is a high-impact role focused on new business development, enterprise account expansion, and strategic partner engagement within the UAE cybersecurity market.
Role OverviewThe Product Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth of enterprise endpoint management and cybersecurity solutions across UAE-based organizations. The role requires engagement with CIOs, CISOs, IT Operations leaders, and Security decision-makers across key industries in Dubai and the UAE.
The position is based in Dubai and involves travel across the UAE and GCC region (up to 40–50%).
Key Responsibilities- Achieve and exceed assigned enterprise software sales targets
- Drive new customer acquisition and account expansion across UAE
- Develop territory sales strategies aligned with UAE market dynamics
- Deliver consultative, value-based cybersecurity sales presentations
- Manage enterprise sales pipeline and forecasting
- Work closely with channel partners, resellers, and system integrators
- Represent the organization at UAE cybersecurity and technology events
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of enterprise software sales experience in cybersecurity, endpoint security, or infrastructure software
- Strong understanding of UAE cybersecurity landscape and partner ecosystem
- Proven track record in quota achievement and pipeline generation
- Experience selling to senior IT and Security stakeholders (CIO, CISO level)
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
- Willingness to travel across UAE and GCC
- Preferred Experience
- Exposure to ITSM, automation, or endpoint management tools
- Experience with enterprise cybersecurity platforms
- Experience operating in a partner-led sales model within the Middle East
