Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for an Inside Sales Representative. We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Inside Sales Representative to support our sales team and engage with customers. This role involves managing sales processes, assisting with customer inquiries, preparing quotations, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

The role involves effectively communicating with clients, ensuring seamless customer service, and supporting sales processes to enhance client satisfaction and boost revenue. The Inside Sales Representative will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and quotations.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM system.
  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to support the sales pipeline.
  • Assist in qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for field sales representatives.
  • Provide product information and pricing.
  • Generate regular sales reports and dashboards for the sales team.
  • Support marketing campaigns and initiatives through customer outreach.
  • Coordinate sales team calendars, meetings, and customer communications.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, or inside sales (preferred).
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong Customer Relations and Communication skills to build relationships and meet client expectations.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Order Processing and Sales‑related tasks to effectively manage sales operations.
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance to support organizational and departmental workflows.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
