Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Investment Advisor – Off-Plan to join our Dubai team on a commission-only basis. This role focuses exclusively on off-plan property sales, working closely with leading developers and high-net-worth investors. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, client-focused, and thrives in a performance-based environment.

Responsibilities
  • Source and qualify investors for Dubai off-plan developments
  • Present investment opportunities aligned with client financial goals
  • Conduct property consultations, virtual and in-person presentations
  • Maintain strong relationships with developers and project sales teams
  • Stay up to date with market trends, launches, and pricing strategies
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Build and maintain a strong personal brand within the luxury real estate sector
Qualifications
  • Experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan experience preferred)
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to generate own leads and build a pipeline
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • RERA certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic

This position is ideal for ambitious sales professionals who are comfortable working on a commission-only structure and are motivated by high earning potential rather than fixed salary security.
