We are seeking a
motivated, boots‑on‑the‑ground Field Sales Representative in Dubai
to build partnerships with local real‑estate agencies.

Your role will be to visit real‑estate brokerages across Dubai and offer them exclusive access to
qualified U.S. and Canadian buyer leads
(hot & warm prospects actively looking to purchase property in Dubai).

This is a high‑earning opportunity for a results‑driven salesperson who understands the Dubai real estate market.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Visit local real estate agencies and brokerage offices across Dubai
  • Present and sell lead packages (U.S. & Worldwide buyer inquiries)
  • Build and maintain relationships with agency owners and sales managers
  • Explain difference between hot and warm leads and pricing tiers
  • Close monthly or quarterly lead supply agreements
  • Track meetings, follow‑ups, and closed deals
  • Provide market feedback and help refine sales messaging
💰 Compensation Structure (Example)

Option 1:
Base Salary + Commission

Option 2:
High Commission Only (Preferred for High Performers)

Commission example:

  • % of each lead package sold
  • Recurring commission on monthly renewals
  • Bonus for hitting volume targets

Top performers can earn significant monthly commissions.

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
  • MUST be based in UAE (Abu Dhabi or Dubai) ***(must be physically present there)***
  • 2+ years sales experience (real estate sales preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Dubai property market
  • Comfortable visiting offices and closing in person
  • Fluent English and Arabic required
  • Self‑starter with strong closing ability
  • Own transportation preferred
Skills
  • Have knowledge of the UAE real estate market
  • Strong Sales capabilities + Closing capabilities
  • English and Arabic Language skills
  • B2B sales experience a plus
