Job Description

We are hiring an experienced
Sales Manager – Freight Forwarding
to lead and grow our logistics business in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in
air, sea, and land freight
, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to manage
end-to-end sales and operations coordination
.

This role requires someone who can independently take ownership of business development, key accounts, pricing, and overall growth in a competitive freight forwarding market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive new business development in freight forwarding (Air, Sea & Land)
  • Manage and grow key client accounts and long-term customer relationships
  • Coordinate with operations, documentation, and customer service teams for smooth shipments
  • Negotiate rates with clients, carriers, and overseas agents
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports
  • Build and manage strong relationships with overseas agents and partners
  • Oversee day-to-day sales activities and ensure revenue targets are achieved
  • Represent the company at client meetings and industry events

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5–8 years of proven experience in
    freight forwarding sales.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Air Freight, Sea Freight (FCL/LCL), and Land Transportation
  • Existing client base and strong industry network in the UAE (preferred)
  • Ability to handle sales operations independently from lead generation to closure
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
  • Results-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience handling key accounts and large-volume shipments
  • Knowledge of local regulations, customs processes, and logistics compliance in the UAE
  • Leadership experience or capability to build and manage a sales team
