KKS Elite Properties is expanding its off‑plan sales division and is seeking driven Off‑Plan Property Specialists to manage developer projects across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

This is a commission‑based role with strong earning potential for high performers.

• Sell off‑plan residential and investment projects
• Manage client leads, presentations, and site visits
• Coordinate directly with developers and internal operations team
• Close deals from inquiry to SPA signing
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships

• UAE off‑plan sales experience preferred
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• Self‑motivated and target‑driven
• Professional client handling and communication
