Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for generatingrevenue through active selling, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and building long-term customer relationships. The role requires a target-driven, commercially minded professional who can operate in competitive markets and consistently deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source, qualify, and convert new sales leads through cold calling,networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, site visits, and demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals.
- Consistentlyachieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Act as atrusted advisor by understanding client needs and recommending appropriatesolutions.
- Manageafter-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain anactive and accurate sales pipeline using CRM systems.
- Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and market feedback for management.
- Track competitor activity, market trends, and customer insights.
Coordination & Compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth deal execution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and contractualguidelines.
Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and performance reviews
Requirements- Bachelor’sdegree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 4–6 years ofproven sales experience, preferably in real estate, corporate sales, FMCG,luxury goods, or service-based industries.
- Demonstratedability to close deals and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle.
