Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and identify their requirements with professionalism and care
- Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, and performance benefits
- Promote dealership services at the point of sale, including registration, insurance, and after-sales solutions
- Suggest optional equipment and accessories to enhance customer experience
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management
- Prepare and present quotations, pricing, discounts, and financing options
- Advise customers on current and upcoming availability of new car models
- Coordinate vehicle delivery with the New Car Storekeeper
- Liaise with Customer Relations (Sales) for registration and insurance processing
- Conduct proactive follow-ups with potential customers to maximize conversion
- Support the Sales Manager with additional duties as required
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a car sales environment
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Languages: Fluent in English (Arabic preferred)
Technical
Skills:
Computer literate
Proficient with telephone and basic office systems
Core Competencies: Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Customer-focused with professional presentation and follow-up skills
