We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Specialist to join our Finance team in UAE. This entry-level role supports the overall accounting operations by supporting the Accounts Supervisor in cost validation for DGT and OTS Operations in Maldives.
The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in accounting principles, proficiency in accounting software, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
- Actively sell tours and excursions to guests, maximizing conversion and revenue.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Engage directly with guests to provide information about available experiences and encourage bookings.
- Offer support with special guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Reporting & Communication:
- Submit accurate daily sales reports to the Experience Manager.
- Send daily attendance reports
- Input all bookings promptly and correctly in the system.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding cash payments and ensure proper reconciliation.
- Handle cash and card transactions securely, following financial and reconciliation procedures.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in tourism or hospitality is a plus.
- Sales or customer service training would be an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license would be an advantage
- Industry Experience – 1-2 years in direct sales or guest-facing roles, ideally within a DMC or hospitality environment. Experience in customer service roles in the travel/tourism industry.
- Sales Acumen – Selling and promotional skills with a proven ability to close sales Efficient in handling payments and familiar with POS systems.
- Specialist Knowledge – an in-depth knowledge of the UAE excursion products and experiences in the UAE would be an advantage
- Communication - Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and engaging approach; strong written communication skills to support follow-ups and guest correspondence. A customer-first attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional service that drives sales.
- Languages – Multilingual with fluency in English and at least one other language such as German, Italian, French, Czech, Polish or Russian; with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Problem-Solving Skills - demonstrated experience of resolving customer queries and handling conflicts and complaints in a constructive manner.
- IT Skills - proficient in Microsoft Office
