Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, and digital platforms
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance plans
- Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and pricing clearly
- Compare plans from different insurers and provide the best options
- Assist customers with documentation and application process
- Follow up with prospects to close sales
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for renewals and referrals
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Keep updated with new insurance products and market trends
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or internal systems
- 1-5 years of experience in sales (health insurance preferred)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of health insurance products
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Good negotiation skills
- Comfortable with calling and meeting clients
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
- Experience in UAE insurance market (if hiring for Dubai)
- Multilingual skills (English + Hindi/Arabic is a plus)
- Existing client database (added advantage)
