We are seeking a results-driven British Sales Manager (UK National) to join our fast-growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with proven experience selling digital marketing services in the Dubai real estate market.

• Identify, engage, and close deals with real estate brokerages and property developers.
• Leverage your existing network of Senior Marketing Managers, CMOs, and Heads of Marketing to generate high-value leads.
• Present and sell tailored digital and offline marketing solutions designed for the real estate industry.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Advise clients on marketing strategies to help them sell more properties faster

• Collaborate with internal marketing and technical teams to ensure client success and project delivery.
• Track, analyse, and report on sales performance and pipeline activity.
• Stay up to date on real estate marketing trends, updates, and competitor activity

• Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in digital or offline marketing (Dubai experience required).
• Strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Established network of senior marketing decision-makers in the UAE real estate sector.
• Experience selling to brokerages and property developers preferred.
• Solid understanding of SEO, website development, and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
