We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team and bring enthusiasm, and a customer-focused approach to drive property sales. You will build relationships with potential buyers, present properties, and close deals to help achieve sales targets.

• Proactively identify and generate new leads for channel partners through networking, marketing campaigns, and strategic outreach.
• Offer expert guidance to clients on property options, pricing, financing solutions, and market insights while addressing inquiries promptly.
• Deliver tailored presentations that highlight property features and benefits aligned with each client's unique needs and preferences.
• Lead effective negotiations, close deals successfully, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the process.
• Monitor market trends, property valuations, and competitor activities to provide informed, competitive recommendations.
• Manage sales pipeline, track progress, and maintain strong ongoing interactions with clients and channel partners to meet and surpass sales targets.
• Foster long‑term client relationships through positive experiences and proactive after‑sales follow‑up.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
• 1 to 3+ years of sales experience with a Real estate developer in Dubai
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional proficiency in Fench or Russian is a plus.
• Target driven with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• A driving license- A MUST.
