Business Development Associate Arabic & English speaking

• Identify and approach landlords, tenants, brokers or property owners in Dubai who may benefit from professional property management services.
• Generate and nurture your own leads and referrals through networking, cold calling, field visits, or personal connections.
• Present and promote property management service packages to prospective clients effectively.
• Negotiate terms and close deals with property owners.
• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Provide regular updates and reporting on sales activities and pipeline.
• Demonstrate flexibility in work approach, schedule, and field activities as required.
• Convert marketing-generated leads into active clients and increase the conversion rate.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in real estate or sales is an added advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, ability to take risk, confidence and able to work independently.
• Candidates with a marketing background is an added advantage.
• Fluency in English & Arabic Both (other languages is a plus).

Compensation:

• Fixed Salary (Basic) + Attractive commission structure based
