Job Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives, with a focus on UAE, Dubai market, Injectables Line.

The role oversees sales team performance, drives market expansion, manages budgets, and builds strong relationships with key clients and healthcare institutions. The Sales Manager plays a critical role in leading, coaching, and developing sales talent, while ensuring operational excellence, healthy collections, and data-driven decision-making through the Sales Force platform.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company sales goals, ensuring alignment with market needs and organizational goals.
  • Regularly report on sales team performance, pipeline, and forecasts to the National Sales Director.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and institutions.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by monitoring team activities and addressing client concerns promptly.
  • Set and manage the team’s budget, ensuring sales targets are realistic, attainable, and aligned with overall business goals.
  • Oversee and follow up on collection-related issues with accounts in coordination with the sales team and credit department.
  • Ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues and maintain strong relationships with clients to protect revenue streams.
  • Extract and analyze detailed reports from the Sales Force platform to assess sales performance, track key metrics, and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making and optimize sales efforts.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular coaching and feedback to ensure team objectives are met.
  • Conduct double visits with Product Sales Specialists to provide support, align on client needs, and ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Supervise the usage of the Sales Force platform by the team, ensuring that all records are kept up to date and accurate for seamless tracking of sales visits and activities.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company culture and equipped with tools for success.
  • Ensure a smooth handover process for employees leaving the team, including knowledge transfer, documentation, and transitioning ongoing accounts or projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Biomedical Engineering or any related life science degree is required.
  • Aesthetic sales experience is required.
  • Strong Negotiation & Selling Skills.
  • Good Budget Management Skills.
  • Advance knowledge in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of market analysis and metrics.
  • Excellent People Management Skills.
  • Bilingual (English & Arabic) is a must.
  • Own a car with a driving license.
Experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales/medical promotion in UAE market is a must.
  • Proven experience in selling aesthetic injectables and skincare products.
  • Proven experience managing and leading a sales team, with demonstrated success in coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing sales talent.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and driving brand performance.
  • Strong Market Knowledge.
