We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Event Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a knack for building and maintaining client relationships.
As an Event Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our event solutions to a wide range of clients. You will work closely with our marketing and event planning teams to ensure all client needs are met, from the initial inquiry to execution. Your goal is to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

- Identify and pursue new business leads and sales opportunities in the event industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with both repeat and potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted sales strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends for events.
- Prepare proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements and budgets.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and client contacts in the database.
- Liaise with the event planning team to ensure seamless planning and execution.
- Attend industry events, fairs, and exhibitions to network and promote the business.
- Provide accurate forecasts and reports on sales performance to management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent post‑sale service and support.
- Stay updated with the latest event trends, services, and competitors’ offerings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- At least three years of proven sales experience, preferably in the events industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach and ability to exceed targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends as required.
