We are looking for an experienced
Sales Trainer
to join our team on a part‑time basis (3 hours per day).
- Minimum5–7 years of experience
in sales training - Strong background in
Food & Beverage (F&B), FMCG, and Hospitality sectors - Ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales teams
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
- Design and deliver practical sales training sessions
- Improve team performance, closing ratios, and account growth
- Conduct field coaching and performance evaluations
- Align training programs with business targets and KPIs
This is a part‑time role ideal for a results‑driven trainer who understands market dynamics in F&B, FMCG, and Hospitality and can translate strategy into measurable sales growth.
