We are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Executive to support the sales and business development of flooring, fit-out, and interior finishing solutions.

Our client is a well-established and recognized contractor in the UAE specializing in flooring, fit-out, and finishing works
, serving contractors, developers, and commercial clients across the market.

This role is ideal for sales-driven candidates with a technical mindset who are interested in building a career in the construction and finishing industry. Previous experience in flooring or fit-out is an advantage, but not mandatory
, as product and project training will be provided.

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the construction and fit-out sector
• Meet contractors, consultants, and project owners to present flooring and finishing solutions
• Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to prepare proposals and quotations
• Assist in preparing and submitting commercial proposals and tenders
• Conduct site visits when required and maintain client follow-up
• Support communication between the client and project teams during the sales process
• Build long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

We are looking for candidates with strong sales motivation and willingness to grow in the construction industry

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, technical sales, or construction-related roles
• Experience in construction, building materials, or fit-out sector is an advantage
• Ability to understand project requirements and basic technical specifications
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and client-focused personality
• UAE driving license is a plus but not mandatory

Salary:
AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month
