We are now looking for another team mate to join us in Dubai as Sales Team Lead – Dubai Projects & Key Accounts (Field-Based).

The role will lead the Dubai Projects & Accounts Sales Team and drive sustainable growth within the Dubai market. This is a highly field-based role, requiring daily market presence with contractors, installers, and key distributors to secure specifications, convert projects, and strengthen strategic relationships and partnerships across Dubai.

What you’ll be doing :

Team Leadership – Dubai Market
  • Lead and manage the Dubai sales team to achieve sustainable growth, sales revenue, and margin targets.
  • Set clear KPIs aligned with Dubai market strategy and sector focus.
  • Conduct regular joint field visits to ensure strong market coverage and execution.
  • Monitor pipeline discipline and project tracking within Dubai.
  • Build a high-performance, accountable, and customer-focused team culture.
Key Account Management – Dubai
  • Personally manage strategic Dubai-based accounts (Tier 1 contractors, major installers, and key projects’ distributors).
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the Dubai construction ecosystem.
  • Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines to protect margins and drive growth.
  • Ensure high service levels and coordination with technical and operations teams.
Business Development – Dubai Projects
  • Identify and secure early-stage project specifications within Dubai.
  • Drive penetration in key sectors (Residential, Hospitality, Commercial, Healthcare, Education).
  • Increase market share in strategic product lines.
  • Monitor competitor activities and pricing trends within Dubai.
  • Develop and execute action plans to grow presence in priority accounts and sectors.
Field-Based Market Execution
  • Maintain consistent on-site presence across Dubai projects.
  • Track live projects to maximize share of wallet.
  • Resolve commercial and site-related issues proactively.
  • Ensure alignment between sales, technical, and supply chain teams.
Commercial & Performance Management
  • Deliver accurate Dubai sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.
  • Monitor profitability and product mix performance.
  • Ensure timely collections and credit discipline within Dubai accounts.
  • Provide structured market feedback to management.
What we’d love for you to have:

We are interested in you as a person: your attitude, behaviors and values. As long as you have the willingness to learn anything you need for the role that you don't already have, we'd love to speak to you. If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage:

  • 5–8+ years of project sales experience in UAE construction market.
  • Proven experience managing or mentoring a sales team.
  • Strong network within Dubai contractors, consultants, and developers.
  • Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
  • UAE driving license (mandatory).
  • Comfortable with spending majority of your time in the market (Primarily field-based role).
  • Requires strong market visibility and relationship presence.
  • Leadership through example and active customer engagement.
  • English Speaking (Arabic / Hindi is a plus).
