Handover Specialist | Al-Futtaim Automotive | BYD

As part of Al‑Futtaim Automotive, the handover specialist will consistently deliver an educational, immersive and exciting experience to all future customers.

The handover specialist prepares customers for their BYD vehicle, sets up the vehicle according to BYD standards, walks the customer through all features, and answers any questions related to electric mobility and the brand.

What You Will Do:
  • Ensure the customer journey aligns with the vehicle journey.
  • Prepare the vehicle according to BYD standards.
  • Hand over vehicles to customers in a customer‑focused and tailored manner.
  • Welcome all showroom visitors, log reasons for visit and forward to relevant team members.
  • Provide excellent and delightful customer experience as per company policy and procedures.
  • Attend to customer needs, understand their requirements so that a maximum number of enquiries are handled quickly and forwarded responsibly.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of personnel and procedures, product updates, industry trends and news.
  • Support the sales team with test drives where required.
Required

Skills and Experience:
  • Degree education preferred, but not essential.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in luxury retail, airline or similar client‑oriented environments that showcase high levels of customer experience, branded experiences, drama, public speaking, teaching, sales, event planning or customer care.
  • English essential;
    Arabic desirable.
  • Must possess technical knowledge of automobiles, negotiation and influencing skills, and a KSA driving licence.
