Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions (calls, Whats App, email).
- Support customers with post-purchase inquiries such as service appointments, warranties, and vehicle concerns.
- Promote and sell ancillaries to customers based on their vehicle needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operation, Sales, Supply, workshop, logistics, finance) to resolve customer cases.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Identify customer pain points and elevate complex cases when needed.
- Support initiatives to improve Customer Satisfaction (CSAT/NPS).
- Ensure compliance with company processes and service standards.
Skills and
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service, call center, aftersales, or sales roles.
- Experience in upselling or selling is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and drive sales.
- Ability to manage multiple customer cases and follow up effectively.
- Automotive industry experience is a plus.
- English and Arabic.
