Sales Manager; FMCG

Overview

Strong FMCG & business development background, should have handled a role of a business manager responsible for P&L management, people management, marketing/social media exposure, events management, corporate sales/presentation etc. The person has to develop & drive the business, should be a hard core sales person. Preference would be given to candidates who have managed a team being at a Senior sales position for B2C Sales.

• Lead the sales team to achieve stretch targets
• Drive extensive sales activity management in the FMCG industry
• Develop and drive business growth; manage P&L, people, marketing/social media exposure, events, and corporate sales/presentation
• Demonstrate strong closing skills and effective behavioral competencies

• Extensive sales knowledge in the FMCG industry
• Functional & technical skills with strong sales activity management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary AED 15,000 to AED 18,000
