About the job Business Development Executive
Job Purpose:
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will focus on expanding Milele Car Rentals B2B client base by identifying and engaging small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The role will drive corporate partnerships, promote long-term rental and lease services, and ensure professional representation of the company in both English and Arabic markets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients, particularly SMEs across key industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers to develop long-term corporate rental contracts.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals in both English and Arabic.
- Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve monthly and quarterly client acquisition targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, and customer service) to ensure seamless onboarding of corporate clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and activity logs in CRM/ERP systems.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Participate in exhibitions, business networking events, and meetings to represent the company.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, new accounts, and revenue growth
Skills required:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills for engaging SME and corporate clients.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
- Good understanding of car rental or automotive leasing operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools for managing client data and reports.
- Professional appearance and grooming suitable for client-facing roles.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Position
Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Experience:
24 years in business development, B2B sales, or automotive leasing/rental. - Language:
Fluency in English and Arabic (mandatory). - Technical:
Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and basic reporting tools.
