Customer Success Mgr./ CSM, Sales Representative, Client Relationship Manager
Reports To: Sales Manager / CRM Manager
Job Summary: The CRM Executives will enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales for our furniture fitouts manufacturing company. This position requires excellent communication skills a strong understanding of customer relationship management and a proactive approach to following up on inquiries and quotations.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction:
- Answer incoming phone queries regarding products services and project details.
- Provide detailed information about furniture fitouts including materials designs and customization options.
Followups:
- Conduct followups on quotes provided to clients to ensure customer engagement and to convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain a systematic approach to followups.
Quotations and Costing:
- Prepare and send product costing quotations based on customer requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure accurate and timely quotations.
Account Management:
- Assist in managing client accounts ensuring all customer information is uptodate.
- Monitor and resolve customer issues or complaints promptly.
Reporting:
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide regular reports on followup activities customer feedback and sales performance.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to strategize on improving customer engagement and conversion rates. Support marketing initiatives to promote new products and services.
- Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure accurate and timely quotations.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce Business Administration accounting finance or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a customer service or CRM role preferably within the furniture or interior design industry.
Prior experience in UAE is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem solving mindset with a proactive approach.
