Premium Solutions Consultancy is currently recruiting for the role of Real Estate Sales Manager for a client in Dubai. The ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE, along with a solid understanding of the local market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities- Engage in regular client meetings to understand their needs, addressing concerns, and identifying avenues for sales growth.
- Foster and maintain relationships with brokers and agents to cultivate new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts with sellers, ensuring satisfaction among all parties involved.
- Identify market opportunities for increased sales volume or enhanced profit margins through innovative marketing strategies or product offerings.
- Represent clients by presenting offers to sellers and facilitating negotiations on price and terms of sale.
- Analyse market conditions, identifying trends impacting prices and interest levels in specific areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales strategies.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the local market landscape.
