Procurement Manager / Specialist – Beauty/Cosmetics/Fragrance Sector, U A E Area & Global Market

Responsibilities
  • International purchasing of luxury Skincare, Cosmetics, Fragrances products; acquisition of new suppliers including distributors, brand companies, with achievement of assigned purchase targets.
  • Management and loyalty retention of the existing suppliers portfolio, according to business needs, BD more new suppliers.
  • Definition and implementation of tailored sales strategies based on the specifics of international markets (Middle East, and other non-U A E countries); organization of promotional activities and brand enhancement initiatives.
  • Ongoing monitoring of sales data, analysis of market feedback and industry trends, supporting the team in overall performance growth.
  • Participation in international beauty trade fairs and B2B meetings to expand the commercial network.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in beauty product sales and trade; a background in luxury Skincare, Cosmetics, Fragrances.
  • In-depth knowledge of the global beauty market, international distribution channels, and B2B partner management models.
  • Established professional network within the industry:
    Trading companies, distributors, retailers, e-commerce operators and market professionals, with the ability to independently develop and manage clients.
Professional & Soft Skills
  • Strong result orientation, outstanding commercial mindset, and determination to meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills; strong organizational autonomy and ability to work independently.
  • Understanding of cross-border commerce dynamics, export workflows, and relevant regulatory requirements for the cosmetics industry.
  • International business vision and aptitude for new market development; availability for short business trips within U A E and abroad.
  • Excellent command of the English language (fluent in speaking, writing and comprehension).
  • Proficiency in Chinese is a preferred qualification.
