Sales Executive - Junior Setter

RMA Motors is a fast-growing, high-performance used car dealership located in Dubai. We are seeking a driven and hungry Sales Representative (Setter) to join our expanding team. This is a front-line, high-impact position where speed, precision, and communication directly influence our revenue and growth.

As a Setter, you are the first point of contact for all inbound leads. Your primary objective is to respond with extreme urgency, build immediate rapport, and book qualified appointments for our Sales Closers. This role requires constant focus and consistency throughout your shift.

• Rapid Lead Response: Respond to new inbound leads within 1 minute.
