Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a competitive and trustworthy Senior Sales Executive to act as the main point of contact between the Transportation, Logistics, Supply chain and Storage Leading Group, and its prospective and existing customers, ensuring that current customers are getting the right services, identifying new markets and customer leads, and pitching prospective customers.

Senior Sales Executive Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with sales manager on sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the UAE market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, referrals, and networking
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers and coordinate with pricing and/or operations team to achieve the same goal
  • Provide regular reports to sales manager on sales performance and UAE market trends
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the company's specialty services, competitive strategies and customer requirements.
  • Expand and cultivate company's carrier and agent network while developing new partner relationships.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to customers, highlighting industry's services and solutions
  • Follow closely with operations on clients shipment status to provide exceptional service standards
  • Ensure that all client freight loads are shipped on time
  • Follow up on client referrals
  • Meet or exceed all performance goals
Sales Executive

Skills and Qualifications
  • BA in Business, preferably with focus on sales and marketing
  • Excellent knowledge of MS. Office (Excel, Word, ppt, and Visio)
  • At least 5 years of experience working in the freight forwarding industry within the sales function
  • Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities, solid analytical skills, critical thinking, detail-oriented, persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent command of English; any other language is a plus>
