Responsibilities- Global Market Penetration:
Identify and qualify high-value opportunities within the international AEC sector, targeting developers, architects, and engineers worldwide. - Navigate the Landscape:
Master the complexities of the global construction and real‑estate markets, positioning our technology as the gold standard for project efficiency. - The Art of the Sale:
Own the full sales cycle—from aggressive prospecting and high-level digital outreach to delivering persuasive demos and closing complex contracts. - Time‑Zone Agility:
Operate with a "borderless" mindset. You will manage a schedule that allows you to engage with key stakeholders across various global markets (including the US, Europe, and beyond).
- Exceptional English verbal and written skills are a must.

You are a self-starter who thrives in "Day One" environments. You don't wait for instructions; you find a way to win. - Sales Obsession:

- Lead Generation:
Utilize networking, cold/warm calling, and digital outreach to build a robust global pipeline. - Strategic Proposals:
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals that align our technological offerings with specific client pain points. - CRM Management:
Track and report on all sales performance and pipeline activity using modern CRM tools. - Market Intel:
Stay informed on global industry trends, AI developments, and international competitor movements.
- Base annual salary (145,000 AED - 220,000 AED) paired with a high-performance commission structure.
