About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious pioneer with a genuine love for sales to be the face of our firm in the Middle East, while driving growth on a global scale.

Responsibilities
  • Global Market Penetration:
    Identify and qualify high-value opportunities within the international AEC sector, targeting developers, architects, and engineers worldwide.
  • Navigate the Landscape:
    Master the complexities of the global construction and real‑estate markets, positioning our technology as the gold standard for project efficiency.
  • The Art of the Sale:
    Own the full sales cycle—from aggressive prospecting and high-level digital outreach to delivering persuasive demos and closing complex contracts.
  • Time‑Zone Agility:
    Operate with a "borderless" mindset. You will manage a schedule that allows you to engage with key stakeholders across various global markets (including the US, Europe, and beyond).

  • Exceptional English verbal and written skills are a must.

Pay range and compensation package
  • Base annual salary (145,000 AED - 220,000 AED) paired with a high-performance commission structure.
