Sales Executive Full-time

The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team by conducting cold calling activities to generate new business opportunities, managing client interactions, and overseeing product listings. This role requires a strong blend of sales acumen, client relationship management, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients by addressing their inquiries and providing product information.
  • Manage and update product listings across various sales platforms, ensuring accuracy and visual appeal.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and reports to support business development efforts.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into customers.
  • Track and report sales performance metrics, including call volumes, lead conversion rates, and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and client engagement.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to sales coordination, including maintaining client records and managing schedules.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in cold calling and client management.
  • Tagalog speaking or Arabic speaking would be preferred
  • Familiarity with product listing tools and eCommerce platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of sales metrics and reporting.
