About the roleOur Sales team powers customer growth around the world. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments, solve complex problems, and help more customers discover the value of Revolut with a sharp, solution‑oriented approach.
We’re looking for a target‑oriented Sales Manager to lead a team of Product Sales Executives. You’ll act as a player‑coach, both thriving at the front lines selling Revolut Global Hire and excelling at building a sales machine from scratch.

What you’ll be doing- Managing a team of 10+ Product Sales Executives, leading onboarding, performance management, training, coaching, and career development
- Managing the team’s performance using a data‑driven approach
- Monitoring sales pipelines and KPIs daily, and identifying bottlenecks in the funnel before they become problems
- Closing key deals yourself, setting the pace, and leading by example
- Creating best practices and refining playbooks across the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting to discovery and closing
- Taking full accountability for the team’s targets, striving to overachieve them, and hunting for 10x growth opportunities each quarter
- Cultivating a never‑settle environment, ensuring a culture of drive and high performance
- Fluency in English
- 4+ years of sales experience
- 1+ years of team management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to motivate a team and drive performance
- Experience working within a high‑performance culture
- Demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in telesales
- Experience in HR, global employment, EOR, PEO, or payroll
- Experience in a fast‑paced startup or scale‑up selling new products
- Fluency in other languages
