We are now looking for another team mate to join us in Dubai as Technical Sales Manager.

What you’ll be doing :
  • Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. This includes establishing sales objectives, forecasting, and analysing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Technical Expertise: Have a deep understanding of the company’s products and services and how they meet the needs of customers. Use technical knowledge to identify customer requirements, provide product demonstrations, and make technical recommendations.
  • Customer Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through various contacts in office and on projects to enhance the company’s reputation and drive repeat business. This includes identifying customer needs, resolving customer issues, and coordinating customer service activities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and present key areas to support business decisions. This includes tracking sales metrics, forecasting sales projections, and providing regular sales reports to the management team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments within the company, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, and dealers to ensure that the company’s products and services meet customer needs and are effectively marketed.
  • Professional Development: Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies, have an in‑depth understanding of the competition landscape and the value proposition of the solution offering. Attend training and conferences and actively pursue professional development opportunities.
What we’d love for you to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field:
    Civil engineering/ Architecture or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical sales or a related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Technical knowledge of the products and services offered by the company
  • Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management tools
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
