Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional guest relations and ensure a positive experience for all clients.
* Act as a back-up for sales inquiries, presentations, and client onboarding.
* Manage administrative tasks related to workspace bookings and client accounts.

* Assist with facility tours and communicate the benefits of Cloud Spaces’ offerings.
* Collaborate with the team to support overall operational efficiency and client satisfaction.## Requirements
* Proven experience in guest relations, customer service, or administrative support (2+ years preferred).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
* Ability to learn sales processes and confidently present workspace solutions.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in office software and CRM systems (if applicable).
