Position: Technical / Digital Sales Coach

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Digital Sales Coach to train, mentor, and elevate our sales teams in modern digital selling techniques, technical product positioning, and AI solution sales strategies. The ideal candidate understands both technology and high-performance sales environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train sales teams on digital sales strategies and technical product knowledge.
  • Develop sales playbooks, scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and training materials.
  • Coach teams on CRM tools, lead generation, AI tools, and digital sales funnels.
  • Conduct live training sessions, roleplays, and performance evaluations.
  • Improve conversion rates, communication skills, and closing techniques.
  • Support onboarding of new sales representatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales messaging.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Stay updated on AI industry trends, SaaS sales, and digital marketing innovations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital sales, technical sales, sales coaching, or SaaS environments.
  • Strong understanding of AI products, digital platforms, and online sales systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Startup experience is highly preferred.
