The RoleYou’ll lead Ecomswap's partner and seller pipeline, the primary channel through which qualified founder referrals reach our Advisory team. Your role is to build strong relationships across the DTC and e-commerce ecosystem so that high-quality founders consistently make their way to us.
This is a highly commercial, relationship-driven role focused on networking, partnerships, and opportunity generation. We are looking for someone energetic, confident, and proactive who enjoys building connections, speaking with people, and creating commercial opportunities.
Day-to-day, you’ll:- Build relationships with agencies, operators, consultants, and service providers supporting 7-8 figure DTC and e-commerce brands
- Generate founder introductions through networking, outbound relationship building, referrals, and partnerships
- Help grow and manage Ecomswap's partner ecosystem
- Build and manage a measurable pipeline inside Hub Spot (CRM)
- Educate partners on Ecomswap's Ideal Seller Profile and what makes a brand exit-ready
- Run qualification calls with founders to assess revenue, profitability, growth trajectory, and exit motivation
- Hand qualified opportunities cleanly to the Advisory team
- Track and improve intro-to-mandate conversion
- Represent Ecomswap within the DTC and e-commerce ecosystem
- You have experience in sales, partnerships, business development, recruitment, account management, or another relationship-focused commercial role
- You are naturally confident, outgoing, and strong at building relationships
- You enjoy networking, speaking with founders, and creating commercial opportunities
- You are commercially minded and comfortable speaking with founders, operators, and agency owners
- You are highly proactive and enjoy working in fast-moving environments
- You understand the DTC and e-commerce landscape, or are excited to learn it quickly
- You are KPI-driven and organised in how you manage pipeline activity
- You are comfortable using CRM systems, ideally Hub Spot
- You are a strong communicator in written and spoken English
- You want to grow within a fast-moving acquisitions environment
- Existing relationships within the DTC, e-commerce, or agency ecosystem
- Experience working with performance, CRO, email, Amazon, paid media, or related agencies
- You've founded, operated, or scaled a DTC or e-commerce brand yourself
