Aboutthe role
The UAE In‑store Success team manages the performance of Tabby’s more than 30,000 in‑store partners, ensuring existing partners perform at maximum potential and adding new partners.
As an In‑store Executive you will focus on acquiring merchants and adding them to the Tabby network. This outbound sales role requires strong effort and self‑motivation to meet monthly company goals.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and source leads, managing the entire sales cycle from contact information to merchant launch.
- Engage with merchants and potential merchants to stay updated on market trends and areas where we can support new merchants.
- Perform on‑ground work, spending time near potential merchants as the role is purely outbound.
- Negotiate and persuade to contribute towards profitability targets while minimizing discount offerings.
Note:
This role is open only to candidates with a valid UAE driver’s license and a personal car.
- 1‑2 years of direct/offline sales experience, preferably in Fin Tech, e‑commerce or Food Tech.
- Driving license and personal car.
- Fluent English is required.
- Native Arabic speaking is required.
- Ability to read, understand, and create useful dashboards with data.
