We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑oriented Sales Business Development Manager with strong experience in selling ERP software solutions and ELV security hardware products across the UAE and KSA.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across the UAE and KSA;
- Drive sales of ERP solutions along with ELV security systems such as CCTV, access control, gate barriers, and time‑attendance systems;
- Leverage prior experience in RFID/Barcode solutions as a competitive advantage;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and system integrators;
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings;
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively;
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs;
- Work closely with technical and pre‑sales teams to deliver tailored solutions;
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Requirements- 4–7 years of proven experience in ERP software sales and ELV security hardware solutions in the UAE/KSA;
- Strong knowledge of UAE/KSA market dynamics and client networks;
- Experience dealing with corporate clients, contractors, and project‑based sales;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and capable of working independently;
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Experience in sectors such as retail, logistics, hospitality, or facilities management;
- Existing network with consultants, contractors, and enterprise clients.
