Overview of the Role

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a highly organized and commercially aware Sales Coordinator to support the end-to-end sales operations of the showroom. The role acts as the operational backbone of the sales team, ensuring accurate documentation, seamless customer journey management, and strong cross-functional alignment between Sales, Finance, Logistics, Registration, and Aftersales. This position directly contributes to showroom productivity, customer satisfaction, and the achievement of monthly sales targets within a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

What

You Will Do
  • Coordinate daily showroom sales activities and provide structured administrative support to Sales Consultants and the Sales Manager
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, proforma invoices, and delivery documentation accurately and on time
  • Maintain a real-time view of vehicle availability, stock allocation, and pipeline status in coordination with the inventory team
  • Track booking-to-delivery cycle times and proactively resolve bottlenecks impacting customer handover
Customer Journey & CRM Management
  • Update and maintain customer records, lead status, and sales pipeline data within the CRM system
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, bookings, test drive schedules, and pending documentation
  • Ensure customer information is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal data standards
  • Support customer communication across the sales lifecycle, ensuring a premium showroom experience
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Liaise with Finance teams on payment confirmations, deal approvals, and documentation closure
  • Coordinate with Registration, Insurance, and Logistics teams to ensure timely and compliant vehicle delivery
  • Work closely with Aftersales and PDI teams to align vehicle readiness with customer handover schedules
  • Act as the primary point of coordination between the Sales floor and back-office support functions
Reporting & Analytics
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports including bookings, deliveries, stock status, and target tracking
  • Support the Sales Manager with forecasting inputs, dashboard updates, and ad hoc commercial reports
  • Maintain accuracy of CRM and ERP data to ensure reliable reporting and management visibility
  • Track KPIs related to documentation turnaround, delivery timelines, and pipeline conversion
Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure all sales transactions comply with Al-Futtaim policies, brand standards, and KSA automotive regulations
  • Maintain proper documentation, audit readiness, and adherence to internal control requirements
  • Support showroom compliance during internal audits and brand inspections
Showroom & Campaign Support
  • Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns, showroom events, and customer engagement activities
  • Coordinate logistics for product launches, test drive events, and seasonal sales activations
  • Support the team in preparing customer-facing materials and ensuring showroom readiness
