Sales Manager​/Sales Executive​/Sales Specialist – Cut & Bend Steel

Role Overview

As a Sales Manager at Cut Bend Steel Rebar, you will lead business development and sales operations, driving revenue growth and building long-term partnerships with developers, contractors, and consultants across the UAE.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
• Drive business development and market expansion within the construction industry.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with key industry players.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed sales goals.
• Oversee quotation, negotiation, and contract closure processes.
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and engineering teams for seamless delivery.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and dashboards for management.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Steel / Rebar Sales & Manufacturing / Construction Materials industries.
• Proven track record in steel products or rebar sales.
• Strong knowledge of cut & bend processes and ability to read technical drawings.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
• UAE market experience and client network preferred.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
