Role Overview
As a Sales Manager at Cut Bend Steel Rebar, you will lead business development and sales operations, driving revenue growth and building long-term partnerships with developers, contractors, and consultants across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Drive business development and market expansion within the construction industry.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with key industry players.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed sales goals.
- Oversee quotation, negotiation, and contract closure processes.
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and engineering teams for seamless delivery.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and dashboards for management.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Steel / Rebar Sales & Manufacturing / Construction Materials industries.
- Proven track record in steel products or rebar sales.
- Strong knowledge of cut & bend processes and ability to read technical drawings.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
- UAE market experience and client network preferred.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
