Prospect new opportunities through frequent international travels to find new opportunities, meet potential customers, and report on new products or services in the market that are competitive or relevant to the company’s products or services, in order to generate more leads and stay ahead in the market.

Prepare sales offers and quotations containing commercial and technical information for standard products by gathering the necessary information from customers, preparing technical offers based on the price list, and following up with the relevant department for non‑standard product offers. Ensure receipt, re‑checking, and approvals before submitting to customers.

Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and related survey reports by adding drawings and designs requested from the production technical department, along with the technical details required for offers and submittals, and use these for the technical information in the sales offer.

Respond to detailed technical inquiries and bid requests with full technical detail as per requirements, and coordinate offer preparation with all commercial and technical departments to cover all required sections of the bid in an effort to win such bids.

Ensure proper communication of all sales process documents by coordinating with relevant departments for sales implementation and completion, following up on authentication of necessary documents, and preventing issues caused by errors, miscommunication or delays in production and delivery.

Offer appropriate prices to customers by reviewing their portfolio and obtaining matching prices from the price lists provided by the Sales Manager, thereby avoiding incorrect price quotations.

Coordinate the delivery and installation of sold generators to customers by following up with all concerned sales personnel and related departments, and attend to the commissioning of generators on site when needed to verify completion and ensure customer satisfaction and after‑sales support.

Maintain proper communication with customers by building good rapport, being available to respond to inquiries, and demonstrating goodwill to continually understand and support customer needs, thereby enhancing sales and after‑sales support.

Attend exhibitions related to the company’s field of work by visiting stands and communicating with potential customers to network, market the company’s name and image, and contribute to increased sales according to the plan.

• 2–4 years of experience in the generator industry, similar equipment, or related projects in the UAE.

• Proficiency in sales techniques and a solid understanding of business strategies and market dynamics.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Proven track record of successfully dealing with contractors, consultants, end‑users, and EPCs.

• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong customer relationship management and networking skills.
