Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious Sales Broker to join our growing team in Dubai. You will be responsible for generating new business, advising clients on residential property solutions, and closing high-value transactions across the residential real estate market.
Key Responsibilities- Source, qualify, and convert new residential property opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors
- Advise clients on sales strategies
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity within the CRM
- Stay informed on market trends and commercial property activity in Dubai
- Direct experience is not necessary as full training is provided
- Strong track record in business development and closing
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-focused
- RERA certification (provided)
- Competitive commission structure - sliding scale up to 75%
- UAE employment visa and medical insurance
