Business Development Executive — MEP & Facilities Management

Galaxy Technical Services LLC is a Facilities Management company based in Dubai specializing in AC, Electrical and Plumbing services. We deliver Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), one-time projects and MEP maintenance solutions to commercial, industrial and high-end residential clients across Dubai.

• Generate new business through cold calls, site visits, Linked In outreach and networking within the FM and MEP sector.
• Identify and approach facility managers, operations heads and procurement managers in commercial offices, industrial facilities, healthcare centres, hospitality properties and premium residential communities.
• Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the technical team, follow up persistently until closure and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets and report your pipeline clearly and regularly.

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales or business development experience within the MEP or Facilities Management sector in the UAE.
• Demonstrated track record of closing AMC contracts or MEP service agreements (references and previous work portfolio mandatory at interview).
• Valid UAE driving licence; role requires regular client visits across Dubai.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and capable of managing own pipeline independently.

We offer a competitive base salary between AED 5,000 and AED 8,000 per month depending on experience, plus a performance-based commission structure on all new contracts and AMCs you close. Work in a fast-growing company with real scope to grow your role as the business expands.
