Job Details Description
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager for Field Sales to join our team in Nagpur, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through sales of Microsoft and ICT solutions. This role requires strong field sales experience, a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies and ICT products, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Microsoft and ICT sectors to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand customer base.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers in the field.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to address their business challenges.
- Product Knowledge & Solution Selling:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Microsoft products and ICT solutions, including their benefits and applications.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Develop strategies to position our offerings effectively and differentiate from competitors.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and product management, to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts.
- Coordinate with partners and vendors to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
- Reporting & Forecasting:
- Track sales activities, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Prepare sales forecasts and contribute to budget planning and resource allocation.
3-5 years of experience in field sales, with a focus on Microsoft and ICT products., Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Skills/ScopeStrong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and ICT solutions, including cloud computing, enterprise software, and digital transformation., Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Skills & CompetenciesAbility to build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service., Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data and sales metrics., Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
