A prominent Travel and Tourism company located in Jumeirah Lake Towers is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with travel planning, providing expert advice on destinations, creating customized itineraries, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the booking process. This role requires a passionate professional with a strong background in the travel and tourism sector, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of various travel products and services.
Responsibilities- Present, promote, and sell products and services using compelling arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for existing and potential customers to meet their requirements.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the set schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory market’s potential, track sales, and maintain status reports.
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products and services.
- Keep up to date with best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficient knowledge of computer reservation systems.

- Working knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
- 2–3 years of experience in the travel industry.
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Amadeus.
- Must be an Arabic speaker with good English communication skills.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to handle client inquiries professionally.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good knowledge of ticketing, re‑issuance, refunds, and fare rules.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
